Biography of James C. Stunkard
Mr. Stunkard started his first company in 1994. Bulwark Surface Designs was awarded a contract to refurbish 980 apartment kitchens & baths completing in early 1996, while continuing to get large properties to rehab.
Mr. Stunkard spent much of his free time in the Tulsa music scene, playing in bands and as a beginning record executive at Cherry Street Records. He managed touring bands like The Call and a 64-city tour with George Strait, shooting live-stage video to four 100-foot jumbotrons in packed stadiums, as well as running different crews of people every day for load in, set-up, teardown, and load out.
Mr. Stunkard ran successful painting & coatings businesses in Kansas City and Tulsa for the past 25 years. This included coating operations on large projects, affording him the opportunity to donate some of his time and skills to restoring a C-47 from WW2 built as a tribute to his grandfather, Colonel Lloyd G. Neblett and all the men that flew "Round Trip".
Mr. Stunkard brought several technologies, together using his patent-pending, ultra sonic germicidal UV, to kill germs and viruses floating in the air in seconds and on surfaces just as fast.

Biography of Adrian D. Hope
Work Experience:
Mr. Hope retired from the US Army in 2014 after serving over 26 years' experience. Initially, enlisting in the Army in 1988 as a Cavalry Scout (RECON),
Mr. Hope transitioned to the Oklahoma National Guard and changed his specialty to Infantry. In 1993,
Mr. Hope graduated from Oklahoma State University and was commissioned as an Armor Officer. Supervised and trained armored and reconnaissance soldiers on combined arms combat operations, intelligence, security, force protection and maintenance related subjects.
Mr. Hope served as a Tank Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer and Scout Platoon Leader.
Mr. Hope commanded a Tank Company in combat operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Conducted operations with a combined arms operation focus, including command of armor, infantry, engineer, mortar and phycological operations units.
Mr. Hope established US forward operations bases in the Iraqi theater that would lead to the success of future combat operations for US forces.
Mr. Hope Was the first US Officer to attend the El Salvadorian Command and General Staff College. Supervision for the completion of the intelligence production cycle supporting the National Intelligence Community, up to the level of the President of the United States. Collaboration with internal and external organizations to support requirements with long and short suspense dates. Identified, analyzed, and defined an analytical production project to ensure the completion of 100% of all compartmentalized requirements within the requested timeframe. Coordinated, evaluated, and assisted in the production of products on a weekly basis that provided judicious daily input to policy makers in the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s Intelligence Office at the Pentagon.
Mr. Hope Senior member of the United States Country Team, reporting to the Ambassador of the United States. Direct planning and coordination with senior members of multiple United States Departments, completing weekly tasks and activities to support and promote the United States diplomacy to the host nation.
Mr. Hope Defined, launched, and drove a mission-critical strategic and operational intelligence collection plan to support the interest of National Security for the United States.
Current Duties:
New Equipment Trainer at CACI, International.
Mr. Hope develops and presents complex training programs for customers and in-house employees. Tests trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations. Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Supports the team by completing the essential administrative duties to ensure the missions will be fully supported. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.
Additionally, Mr. Hope is the Co-Owner, Vice President and Director of Operations of HOPE Physical Therapy and Wellness Center, Inc. in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Biography of Joe Magee
Joe Magee holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Magee brings 50 years of experience in hardware and software to any project he pursues. His hardware work consists of mostly micro-controllers, mini-computers and desktop computers. His computer language experience includes Z80 and Intel X80 processor assembly language and high level languages such as C/C++ and Java.
Mr. Magee’s career contains positions as an employee and as an independent contractor. As an employee, Mr. Magee worked for companies such as Texas Instruments, Rockwell International, Banc of America, and L3Harris. Contract assignments include companies such as Honeywell, IBM, L3Harris, Motorola, and Neiman-Marcus.
Mr. Magee holds a Secret Clearance from the Defense Department, a Private Pilot license with Instrument Rating, and an Amateur Radio Extra Class license (K5OM), and previously held a FCC First Class Commercial Radio License.

Mr. Tilton has more than a decade of experience working with technology companies in federal and commercial markets.
He has secured millions in new business for previous employers and clients.
Mr. Tilton has worked with all branches of the Department of Defense as well as the departments of energy, homeland security, commerce, and state. He has worked extensively with all major prime contractors as well as leading commercial OEMs, and through his consulting practice has gained exposure to clean technology, the datacenter industry, military command-and-control, sensor processing, supercomputing, and advanced thermal management technologies.
Mr. Tilton specializes in business development, fund raising strategies, grant and proposal writing, and customer relationship development.

Biography of Lin Cleary
Lin Cleary studied Letters at the University of Oklahoma, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology degree from the University Center of Tulsa, Langston.
Mrs. Cleary brings 30 years of experience in Financial Management with Amoco / BP.
Her various jobs included Settlements, Railroad Commission Reporting, Negative Deferred,
Division Order, Oil Revenue, Systems Software Testing, Crude Sales, Exchange Accounting,
Cost of Goods Sold Accounting, and Financial Team Leadership for the East Coast Terminals
and Pipelines.
During her career, Mrs. Cleary was involved in yearly planning committees for United Way
fundraising, programs to assess and remove smoking from the building in the 1980s, beginning
a company-wide recycling program in the 1990s, and leadership of the Diversity and Inclusion
initiative in the 2000s.
Mrs. Cleary retired early to care for elderly family members who suffered strokes and a
debilitating car wreck, causing quadriplegia. Through her last ten years of caretaking she has
spent countless hours in hospitals, lung rehabilitation centers and nursing homes, which further
increased her awareness and interest in the medical field.
Mrs. Cleary now serves as Trustee and as Conservator for various family members and enjoys
time with family traveling, organizing, exercising and researching various topics.
